Esbjörn Tunander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Wielowiejski, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The audience was convinced that Adam Wielowiejski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Esbjörn Tunander was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. After 8 played minutes GrassNuts FC got a freekick which was hit by Philip Åkerman. Esbjörn Tunander came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Tarada's Adam Wielowiejski. But to his dismay, Adam Wielowiejski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Esbjörn Tunander made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Ron Migneault sent off a good shot on target. Tarada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Oskar Gunnarsson in the 19th minute. The corner ended in Serge Jeanneret almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but GrassNuts FC's Esbjörn Tunander did a great save. GrassNuts FC's Esbjörn Tunander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serge Jeanneret in the 22nd minute of play. Philip Åkerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 28th minute Adam Wielowiejski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esbjörn Tunander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Tarada's Adam Wielowiejski fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. If Vitaliy van der Aa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute Adam Wielowiejski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esbjörn Tunander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henrick Zeier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philip Åkerman in the 43rd minute of play forced Tarada's goalkeeper Henrick Zeier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vitaliy van der Aa charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vitaliy van der Aa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, GrassNuts FC's Vitaliy van der Aa got a free kick in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Tarada made a substitution. Tizian Lengen replaced Piotrek Zielinski. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vitaliy van der Aa was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to GrassNuts FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Brian Lindberg hit a great ball. Pär Almkvist lost his temper 55 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 57th minute there was a penalty for Tarada. Oskar Gunnarsson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Esbjörn Tunander. 2-0. In the 60th minute Serge Jeanneret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esbjörn Tunander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Wielowiejski in the 62nd minute of play forced GrassNuts FC's goalkeeper Esbjörn Tunander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tarada's Adam Wielowiejski in 67 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Esbjörn Tunander guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Serge Jeanneret managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tarada's supporters rose to their feet, but Serge Jeanneret was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esbjörn Tunander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Hengemühl in the 75th minute of play forced GrassNuts FC's goalkeeper Esbjörn Tunander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henrick Zeier made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Philip Åkerman sent off a good shot on target. 80 minutes into the game, Tarada's Serge Jeanneret nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Esbjörn Tunander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Esbjörn Tunander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Wielowiejski in the 93rd minute of play forced GrassNuts FC's goalkeeper Esbjörn Tunander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Serge Jeanneret cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Esbjörn Tunander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the GrassNuts FC defense, Adam Wielowiejski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esbjörn Tunander. The GrassNuts FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esbjörn Tunander should have stopped the shot. Tarada walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
