Konstanty Czciborek was left in no man's land by his defense there! BRÓDNO's attentive Reuben Hutchins managed to snatch the ball when Gust Ennemans made a throw-in in the 7th minute of the game. In the 18th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Konstanty Czciborek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstanty Czciborek having to interfere. With an all-out effort, BRÓDNO's Arnout Reekers threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sebastian Bach, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 27 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Izydor Jajesniak came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstanty Czciborek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Bach in the 34th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Eikelkamp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the BRÓDNO defense, Wim Wilmes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Konstanty Czciborek. The BRÓDNO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Konstanty Czciborek should have stopped the shot. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Bach in the 52nd minute of the match. Wim Wilmess short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Konstanty Czciborek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Konstanty Czciborek in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Konstanty Czciborek, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Arnout Reekers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Netherlands's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
