Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Waldir Urbano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The supporters of Germany booed when Tasso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caio Mendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waldir Urbano ran back to his position shaking his head. Sven Krakouer hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldir Urbano in the 37th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 39 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Ulrich Stein. Tommy Kahn was a little too slow when Waldir Urbano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 2-0.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Waldir Urbano in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldir Urbano, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. If Waldir Urbano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 61 minutes, Facundo Quiroga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tasso FC and the Germany players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Germany booed when Tasso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Facundo Quiroga didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Waldir Urbano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Waldir Urbano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Severi Nybacka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Normando Fiúza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Normando Fiúza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. If Normando Fiúza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 90thth minute of the game Normando Fiúza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Normando Fiúza scored 4-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Tasso FC were the better team. Tasso FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
