Vahur Haas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 13th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Bittencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Bittencourt having to interfere. Jorge Bittencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antal Valentin in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Bittencourt saved FC Lëtzebuerg from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Vahur Haas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. The supporters of Hungary booed when FC Lëtzebuerg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Duldurescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vahur Haas took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 34 minutes of play, FC Lëtzebuerg's Vahur Haas made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fodor Daniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 38 played minutes FC Lëtzebuerg got a freekick which was hit by German Bernebe. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 39th minute of play forced FC Lëtzebuerg's goalkeeper Jorge Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vahur Haas in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Szekeres Tamas during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 45 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Szekeres Tamas.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vahur Haas to make the kick off. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Boros Benedek hit a great ball. In the 61st minute of the match Adrian Duldurescu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fodor Daniel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vahur Haas in the 62nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Major Barna in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Bittencourt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vahur Haas might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fodor Daniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vahur Haas ran back to his position shaking his head. Yannick Bartz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Balazs Lajos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Bittencourt having to make a save. A collision led to FC Lëtzebuerg getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Yannick Bartz hit a great ball. FC Lëtzebuerg's Miguel Sanches was substituted for Vahur Haas. After 79 played minutes FC Lëtzebuerg got a freekick which was hit by Yannick Bartz. Jorge Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Miguel Sanches took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. With his leg Jorge Bittencourt managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Hungary's Balazs Lajos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to FC Lëtzebuerg getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Adrian Duldurescu hit a great ball. Jorge Bittencourt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Miguel Sanches got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 94 minutes into the game, FC Lëtzebuerg's Miguel Sanches nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0.
