Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Deodato Magliozzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauricio Erramun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Zaccheo Andolina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mauricio Erramun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 18 minutes into the match, Stat Veritas FC's Pipo Benedetto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Vittori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 20th minute of the match Stat Veritas FC got a corner. Italy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roger Gili ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Stat Veritas FC's Melchor Qwinton getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Qwinton in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 21st minute of play forced Stat Veritas FC's goalkeeper Mauricio Erramun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Stat Veritas FC's Pipo Benedetto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Vittori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stat Veritas FC's Mauricio Erramun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Stat Veritas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Mauricio Erramun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Pipo Benedetto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavio Vittori. Italy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pipo Benedetto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Gili, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 34 minutes Italy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roger Gili who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Stat Veritas FC's corner Roger Gili fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Flavio Vittori quite easily take care of the ball. Pipo Benedetto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Flavio Vittori made a huge save. A collision led to Italy getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Gomberto Picozzi hit a great ball. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Gili, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pipo Benedetto made a kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Melchor Qwinton in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Siricio Liotta. Siricio Liotta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Mauricio Erramun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stat Veritas FC's Venancio Guillen was substituted for Roger Gili. Ciriaco Tanio struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Flavio Vittori didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stat Veritas FC. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Tanio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 68th minute of the game was made by Deodato Magliozzi with Sigfrido Auletta as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Mauricio Erramun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 69th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Ciriaco Tanio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Flavio Vittori was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Stat Veritas FC's Mauricio Erramun got control of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 78th match minute, Stat Veritas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Admon to maneuver through the defense. When Porziano Marchitelli came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Italy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Porziano Marchitelli couldn't finish the play. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Tanio in the 84th minute of play. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. Melchor Qwinton made in the 91st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. In the 93rd minute, Porziano Marchitelli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mauricio Erramun. The goal made the score 2-2. Despite being the better team, Italy failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
