Bram Kiewit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Ceandro in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Anselmo Fernendo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los simuladores FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Máté Kozák showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamzah Al Motar in the 11th minute of the match. 11 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Al Yarmouk Kuwait's Hamzah Al Motar fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Bram Kiewit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Paredes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hipolito Fernendo during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Los simuladores FC's Hipolito Fernendo got a free kick in the 17th minute. Bram Kiewit stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pablo Paredes's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Morjan Al Fadhalah could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Máté Kozák made a huge save. Ramiro Guillem lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Samuel Ceandro charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Ceandro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Los simuladores FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Samuel Ceandro hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hipolito Fernendo in the 34th minute of play forced Al Yarmouk Kuwait's goalkeeper Bram Kiewit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Los simuladores FC booed when Al Yarmouk Kuwait was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morjan Al Fadhalah didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute Anselmo Fernendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bram Kiewit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, Al Yarmouk Kuwait was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdul Rahman Shrean to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Anselmo Fernendo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bram Kiewit was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when İrfan Ünlüsoy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Al Yarmouk Kuwait's zone, Hipolito Fernendo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bram Kiewit came out of the goal and Hipolito Fernendo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charlie von Clausewitz in the 57th minute of play forced Los simuladores FC's goalkeeper Máté Kozák to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mahmoud Al Bloshi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 minutes, Moises Faron mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los simuladores FC and the Al Yarmouk Kuwait players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Los simuladores FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Moises Faron hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charlie von Clausewitz in the 62nd minute of play forced Los simuladores FC's goalkeeper Máté Kozák to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Al Yarmouk Kuwait's Bram Kiewit proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Al Yarmouk Kuwait from getting a goal against them. 67 minutes into the game, Bashar Al Mahmed was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Al Yarmouk Kuwait's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los simuladores FC the free kick. A collision led to Al Yarmouk Kuwait getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Bashar Al Mahmed hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ermegildo Xabier got free with Bram Kiewit in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bram Kiewit was a little too slow when Anselmo Fernendo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 1-4. In the 75th minute Charlie von Clausewitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máté Kozák saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Al Yarmouk Kuwait's Bram Kiewit got control of the ball when Hipolito Fernendo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute of the match Los simuladores FC got a corner. Al Yarmouk Kuwait's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ermegildo Xabier ran over to the corner to take the kick. Los simuladores FC's Ermegildo Xabier was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bram Kiewit in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Máté Kozák showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Morjan Al Fadhalah, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute, Mahmoud Al Bloshi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Al Yarmouk Kuwait fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Anselmo Fernendo took a quick shot and it went in 2-5 without a chance for Bram Kiewit to make any attempt to save it.
