With a little luck, Menzel SV's Robert Czarnecki got control of the ball when Paolo Rossi tried to sneak it across the goal line. La Gallardeta's Nacho Gonzalez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Izaak Moorman in the 5th minute of play. Robert Czarnecki was a little too slow when Paolo Rossi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. Menzel SV's Robert Czarnecki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Menzel SV from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Paolo Rossi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robert Czarnecki. That made the score 2-0 in the 11 minute of play. In the 14th minute, Teodoro Delfino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joris Meijer during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joris Meijer hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Paolo Rossi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Robert Czarnecki made a huge save. Robert Czarnecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Haimar in the 24th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Menzel SV's Jun Misugi got a free kick in the 31st minute. Attilio Stefano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Robert Czarnecki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Waesbergen during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of La Gallardeta booed when Menzel SV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Waesbergen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Attilio Stefano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Robert Czarnecki made a huge save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brynn La Forte to make the kick off. Robert Czarnecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Haimar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brynn La Forte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Nacho Gonzalez made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Haimar in the 83rd minute of play forced Menzel SV's goalkeeper Robert Czarnecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Fernando Dantae quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. La Gallardeta fully deserved thier win.
