The audience thought a goal was coming when Christoffer Blomqvist got free with Fodor Daniel in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Christoffer Blomqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Antal Valentin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angelo Prior was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After 21 minutes MILLONARIOS FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. In the 23rd minute, Christoffer Blomqvist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fodor Daniel. The goal made the score 2-0. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoffer Blomqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Major Barna hit a great ball. MILLONARIOS FC's Angelo Prior played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, MILLONARIOS FC's Christoffer Blomqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31st minute MILLONARIOS FC were awarded a corner. Rafael Jauregui went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 32nd minute, Major Barna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Prior was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Fodor Daniel was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Christoffer Blomqvist capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Christoffer Blomqvist really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. 43 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christoffer Blomqvist. Christoffer Blomqvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fodor Daniel came out and tried to block the shot, but Christoffer Blomqvist slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Blomqvist in the 52nd minute of play. Christoffer Blomqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Blomqvist in the 58th minute of play. Christoffer Blomqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fodor Daniel having to make a save. MILLONARIOS FC made a substitution. Juan Corredor replaced Christoffer Blomqvist. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Corredor in the 73rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Juan Corredor notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Hungary's Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. MILLONARIOS FC made a substitution. Federico Errazquin replaced Rafael Jauregui. The supporters of MILLONARIOS FC booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balazs Lajos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelo Prior had great luck who in the 85thth minute grab hold of the ball when Takacs Tibor from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Errazquin in the 91st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Federico Errazquin in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 97th minute of the match MILLONARIOS FC got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonel Cantera ran over to the corner to take the kick.
