But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Jacobsson couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leif Västlund got free with Fabio Herauso in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th minute Fabian Majman suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eriberto George during the 76th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Jacobsson couldn't finish the play. The Golden Lions FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
