Yasir Meza made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Fritz Berghmans sent off a good shot on target. Fritz Berghmans might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yasir Meza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fritz Berghmans ran back to his position shaking his head. Jiang Liang Wei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yasir Meza having to interfere. In the 14th minute Fritz Berghmans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yasir Meza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yasir Meza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fritz Berghmans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fritz Berghmans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. BEST FABIO F.C.'s attentive Juninho de Sena managed to snatch the ball when Hector Lara made a throw-in in the 20th minute of the game. Yasir Meza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fritz Berghmans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 minutes, Mauro Toledano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ★ Lobos FC ★ and the BEST FABIO F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mauro Toledano kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. BEST FABIO F.C.'s Fausto Velloso couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for ★ Lobos FC ★. BEST FABIO F.C.'s Olivier Dubs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Berrueta in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fritz Berghmans in the 28th minute of play forced ★ Lobos FC ★'s goalkeeper Yasir Meza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in ★ Lobos FC ★'s zone, Fritz Berghmans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yasir Meza came out of the goal and Fritz Berghmans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ★ Lobos FC ★'s Yasir Meza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fritz Berghmans in the 33rd minute of play. When BEST FABIO F.C.'s Fritz Berghmans in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ★ Lobos FC ★'s goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to ★ Lobos FC ★ getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Angel Quijada kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Julio Oporto took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Olivier Dubs. Olivier Dubs dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
★ Lobos FC ★ made a substitution. Ricardo Bautista replaced Christian Pérez. The wind increased when Fritz Berghmans made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Elias Berrueta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olivier Dubs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 minutes of play, BEST FABIO F.C.'s Fritz Berghmans made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yasir Meza was left in no man's land by his defense there! BEST FABIO F.C. were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after ★ Lobos FC ★'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fausto Velloso took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fritz Berghmans in the 62nd minute of play forced ★ Lobos FC ★'s goalkeeper Yasir Meza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Elias Berrueta managed to get in a good position for a shot. ★ Lobos FC ★'s supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Berrueta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olivier Dubs breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fritz Berghmans might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yasir Meza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fritz Berghmans ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute Fritz Berghmans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yasir Meza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fausto Velloso during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fausto Velloso hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, ★ Lobos FC ★'s goal looked a bit too open when Fritz Berghmans came free, but Yasir Meza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Fritz Berghmans notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of ★ Lobos FC ★'s Yasir Meza. Yasir Meza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. BEST FABIO F.C. made a substitution. Igor Gulak replaced Alexandre Xande. BEST FABIO F.C.'s Rodrigo Garro was substituted for Jiang Liang Wei. BEST FABIO F.C.'s Süleyman Ziya was substituted for Fritz Berghmans. Igor Gulak's late challenge caught a ★ Lobos FC ★'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Igor Gulak helped the player get up and apologised. Igor Gulak kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Süleyman Ziya had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yasir Meza. ★ Lobos FC ★'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Süleyman Ziya was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 96th minute, Igor Gulak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The BEST FABIO F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while ★ Lobos FC ★ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
