When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luciano Duguid made a kick off. After 50 played minutes Switzerland got a freekick which was hit by Samuele Kunz. Rodrigo von Känel kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Fridolin Neumeister hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the game, AFC Ajax's 沈平强 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hias Nüssli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Switzerland's Eric Thomi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by 沈平强 in the 87 minute of the game. The AFC Ajax players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
