Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frank Sachs kicked off to start the match. Germany were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frank Sachs took the corner. The supporters of GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Krakouer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Ninoslav Baburica managed to get in a good position for a shot. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ninoslav Baburica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Albin Holweck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elder de Toledo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Bruno Šimunko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Bruno Šimunko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute Ludomir Betonowy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Ludomir Betonowy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ludomir Betonowy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Elder de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludomir Betonowy might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ludomir Betonowy ran back to his position shaking his head. Gradimir Juraga hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Malte Schiele hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 44 minutes in the game, Bruno Šimunko fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ludomir Betonowy to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Ludomir Betonowy made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Lino Budimir hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Elder de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 60th minute of play. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomir Betonowy in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Ludomir Betonowy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludomir Betonowy, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Gradimir Juraga kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Albin Holweck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elder de Toledo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Bruno Šimunko. But to his dismay, Bruno Šimunko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Ludomir Betonowy struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GNK Dinamo Zagreb™. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elder de Toledo having to interfere. Frank Sachss short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Elder de Toledo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ fully deserved thier win.
