An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 11th minute of play forced Maravilla's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Paulo Arnau got a free kick in the 16th minute. A collision led to Maravilla getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Eliseo Benvide hit a great ball. Marcelo Barovero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 18th minute of the match. Marcelo Barovero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had been going on for 28 minutes, Maravilla's Tobias Banegas got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fodor Daniel. Marcelo Barovero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 33rd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 47 minutes into the game, Claudio Biaggio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maravilla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. A collision led to Maravilla getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Claudio Biaggio hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iván Leguizamón made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iván Leguizamón in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Marcelo Barovero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Damian Cesaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the game, Hungary's Major Barna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Barovero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. If Hegedus Henrik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelo Barovero was a little too slow when Balazs Lajos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-5. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Barovero having to interfere. Patricio Cedro hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Antal Valentin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 69th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 75th minute of play forced Maravilla's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Maravilla's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Major Barna dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcelo Barovero, 1-6. Marcelo Barovero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Antal Valentin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-7 in the 88 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Marcelo Barovero in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
