Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Godofredo Marin started the match with the kick off. Jeronimo Gines showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 3rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Maravilla's Cruz Credo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tommy Kahn. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. After 11 minutes of play, Maravilla's Cruz Credo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Esteve Ariando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gastón Hernández fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maravilla's protests and gave Gastón Hernández a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th match minute, Maravilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gastón Hernández to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Cruz Credo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Cruz Credo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Willy Stieler kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Cruz Credo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulus Van Poucke made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Germany's Linus Schwerner. In the 32ndth minute of the game Cruz Credo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cruz Credo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 43 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Willy Stieler. Cruz Credo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cruz Credo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Jeronimo Gines made a huge save. Willy Stieler made in the 57th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Maravilla's Roberto Mouzo. After 61 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Janik Vogt. After 65 played minutes Maravilla got a freekick which was hit by Gastón Hernández. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cruz Credo in the 71st minute of play. When Maravilla's Cruz Credo in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Cruz Credo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. In the 82nd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Stieler to maneuver through the defense. Linus Schwerner made in the 87th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Maravilla's Roberto Mouzo. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Estevez, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The Maravilla fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Maravilla's Victoriano Estevez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
