Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zaccheo Andolina took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alvaro Rudolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 3rd minute of the match. After 5 played minutes Coritiba Foot Ball Club got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Egoitz. 7 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvaro Rudolfo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Rudolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Italy's attentive Siricio Liotta managed to snatch the ball when Daniel Garcia made a throw-in in the 18th minute of the game. Pedrinho Godoi made in the 19th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Thiago Machado. But to his dismay, Thiago Machado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 24 minutes into the match, Italy's Gianpaolo Mascari sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvaro Rudolfo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 27th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Rudolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvaro Rudolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Coritiba Foot Ball Club's goalkeeper Alvaro Rudolfo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alvaro Rudolfo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Porziano Marchitelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. With an all-out effort, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Flavio Vittori threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Evaristo Montenegro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Italy's attentive Siricio Liotta managed to snatch the ball when Daniel Garcia made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. Siricio Liotta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 47 minutes of play, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvaro Rudolfo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Thiago Machado made the kick off in the second half. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marquez Padolles in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Evaristo Montenegro got a free kick in the 56th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Marquez Padolles came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvaro Rudolfo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigfrido Auletta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Márk Sári made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. 68 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Machado came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquez Padolles in the 69th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Machado in the 76th minute of play. Marquez Padolles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Flavio Vittori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvaro Rudolfo made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Zaccheo Andolina sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Italy booed when Coritiba Foot Ball Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrinho Godoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy made a substitution. Guiscardo Davide replaced Sigfrido Auletta. A collision led to Coritiba Foot Ball Club getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Pedrinho Godoi hit a great ball. With a little luck, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Alvaro Rudolfo got control of the ball when Adriano Curto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Italy's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Coritiba Foot Ball Club had won, even though Italy had held more of the ball.
