In the 11th minute, one of Villa Martelli Soc. Fom.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Villa Martelli Soc. Fom.. After 14 minutes, Maxence Durand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the France and the Villa Martelli Soc. Fom. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Maxence Durand had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Erubiel Quinton fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villa Martelli Soc. Fom.'s protests and gave Erubiel Quinton a yellow card for diving instead. France's Marc-Antoine Bardin was substituted for Maxence Durand. A collision led to Villa Martelli Soc. Fom. getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Erubiel Quinton hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Peletier in the 21st minute of play forced Villa Martelli Soc. Fom.'s goalkeeper Haroldo Ado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erubiel Quintons short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Maxime Durand to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Frank Peletier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The throw-in from Natalio Tono in the 32nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by France's Remy Dupuy. Haroldo Ado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Peletier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Frank Peletier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Haroldo Ado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Haroldo Ado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camille Baume, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexis Bruneau during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexis Bruneau to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Villa Martelli Soc. Fom.'s Hugo Dabi got a free kick in the 45th minute. France's Frank Peletier got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Peletier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 61 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Astudillo came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. France played a much better game than Villa Martelli Soc. Fom. and deserved their victory. The Villa Martelli Soc. Fom. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
