Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pietro Salles started the match with the kick off. Pietro Salles scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabriel Ascaso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Matias Ferrandis was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 6 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the game, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s 唐天克 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gabriel Ascaso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pietro Salles in the 11th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Adria Bielsa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Nicasio Abad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 18 minutes into the match, Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pietro Salles. 20 minutes into the match, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goal looked a bit too open when Adria Bielsa came free, but Nicasio Abad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Aranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Nicasio Abad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Blas Frances hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A throw-in in the 31st minute of the game was made by Jonathan Criado with Adria Bielsa as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. If Joel Enekoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicasio Abad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adria Bielsa in the 45th minute of play. The corner ended in Omar Toledo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Nicasio Abad did a great save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adria Bielsa to make the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Nicasio Abad successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Omar Toledo was slow to take the kick. During this time Spain's players had a chance to rest. Spain's Enrique Rabellino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nicasio Abad in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Enrique Rabellino did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Nicasio Abad 53 minutes into the match. After 58 minutes of play, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Pietro Salles made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gabriel Ascaso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Antonio Alzamendi was substituted for William Lebigot. Spain made a substitution. Carles Cherro replaced Omar Toledo. In the 67th minute, 唐天克 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peter Blomkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Ascaso having to interfere. Spain's Sergio Ruiz was substituted for Adria Bielsa. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ made a substitution. Camilo Rojas replaced Joel Enekoitz. The throw-in from Vicente Merino in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s 唐天克. In the 79th minute, Peter Blomkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gabriel Ascaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Blomkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92ndth minute of the game Peter Blomkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Spain's Gabriel Ascaso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Ruiz in the 95th minute of play forced Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper Nicasio Abad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ were victorious despite being under pressure from Spain for much of the match.
