Pang Bang Xun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Feliciano in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, C.J. Brewer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daan Leers took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucrețiu Gherase. Lucrețiu Gherase dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. C.J. Brewer kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Preston Ferreira in the 40th minute of play forced 重庆1997联队's goalkeeper Pang Bang Xun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Davis Mabry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Daan Leers took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucrețiu Gherase. Lucrețiu Gherase dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Lake Mohawk FC's zone, 郑崇谦 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucrețiu Gherase came out of the goal and 郑崇谦 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute Daan Leers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucrețiu Gherase saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, 重庆1997联队's Pang Bang Xun got control of the ball when Dan Feliciano tried to sneak it across the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Lake Mohawk FC's goal looked a bit too open when 郑崇谦 came free, but Lucrețiu Gherase reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th match minute, Lake Mohawk FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Feliciano to maneuver through the defense. Lucrețiu Gherase didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daan Leers went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Preston Ferreira got free with Pang Bang Xun in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dan Feliciano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Pang Bang Xun made a huge save. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lake Mohawk FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 郑崇谦 was slow to take the kick. During this time 重庆1997联队's players had a chance to rest. The corner led 重庆1997联队's 郑崇谦 to fire away a dangerous shot which Lucrețiu Gherase despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dan Feliciano's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pang Bang Xun firmly grabbed it by the left post. A throw-in in the 91st minute of the game was made by Silas Joyce with Wilson Gold as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 重庆1997联队's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
