E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexandre Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulisses Sabóia in the 14th minute of play. The supporters of SALIMEN booed when E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serginho Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cláudio Pimenta in the 18th minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Alexandre Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute Horacio Sayveon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elói Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute Ulisses Sabóia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elói Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Sayveon in the 30th minute of play. Alexandre Brasil made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Ulisses Sabóia sent off a good shot on target. In the 42nd minute of the match, Ulisses Sabóia got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alexandre Brasil was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulisses Sabóia got free with Alexandre Brasil in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 48 minutes E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Saturnino Gartzea who took care of the corner kick. The corner led SALIMEN's Saturnino Gartzea to fire away a dangerous shot which Alexandre Brasil despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Ulisses Sabóia made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cláudio Pimenta in the 55th minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Alexandre Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juninho Eger struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Elói Miranda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE. Meng Xi Di kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Alexandre Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Eger, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Horacio Sayveon scored 0-5 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elói Miranda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. SALIMEN's Ronaldão Novaes was substituted for Enéas Pereira. Horacio Sayveon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Galip Özbekkan hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's zone, Cláudio Pimenta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Brasil came out of the goal and Cláudio Pimenta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
