An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilgaz Aydoğan in the 45th minute of play forced Futuros FC's goalkeeper João Carlos Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Krakaca Neto to make the kick off. With a little luck, Facopo FBPA's Osvaldinho Moreno got control of the ball when Krakaca Neto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Futuros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Hernández to maneuver through the defense. Mai Xun Kang's late challenge caught a Facopo FBPA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mai Xun Kang helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th minute, Mai Xun Kang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Facopo FBPA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
