The Scotland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Higgins should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute Arturo Di Rado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Higgins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Scotland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. The Black Knights FC fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Black Knights FC's Elliot Mercado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alexander Higgins made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elliot Mercado in the 41st minute. In the 42nd match minute, Black Knights FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolo Ucero to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Black Knights FC's Elliot Mercado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alexander Higgins. Alexander Higgins yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 8-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zac O'Donnell was the one to do the kick off. Scotland's Alexander Higgins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kirby Metzger in the 55th minute of play. Alexander Higgins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raúl Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Black Knights FC's Titus Beck got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Scotland's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Di Rado came free, but Alexander Higgins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Black Knights FC were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after Scotland's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kirby Metzger took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Scottie Huston heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Black Knights FC's Wasyl Wawro was substituted for Kirby Metzger. Scotland's Alexander Higgins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Di Rado in the 70th minute of play. Alexander Higgins didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Black Knights FC's Elliot Mercado shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 10-0 in the ordered_time% minute. But to his dismay, Elliot Mercado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. 85 minutes into the match, Wasyl Wawro notched a goal, 14-0, to the right of Scotland's Alexander Higgins. Alexander Higgins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alexander Higgins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Di Rado in the 92nd minute of play. Alexander Higgins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elliot Mercado, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Fletcher Main hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Black Knights FC fully deserved thier win.
