An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 6th minute of play forced Magnistar's goalkeeper Aírton Penha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aírton Penha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aílton Loureiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. Takacs Tibor took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aírton Penha. Aírton Penha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After having played for 25 minutes, Cauã Carneiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Magnistar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cauã Carneiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cauã Carneiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fodor Daniel having to make a save. When Cauã Carneiro came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Magnistar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cauã Carneiro couldn't finish the play. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aírton Penha having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Major Barna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aírton Penha was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Aírton Penha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 43rd minute of play. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antal Valentin to maneuver through the defense. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Aírton Penha made a huge save. Balazs Lajos was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 59th minute Lee-Paul Te Vrede shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hegedus Henrik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cauã Carneiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Aírton Penha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aírton Penha made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rdth minute of the game Cauã Carneiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Takacs Tibor hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Lee-Paul Te Vrede kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aílton Loureiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Deivid de Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Deivid de Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
