Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) GD Almargense's Jorge Macedo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. James Beadle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Takacs Tibor charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Takacs Tibor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. GD Almargense's Ricardo Cabral was substituted for Nicolau Esparteiro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 21st minute of play forced GD Almargense's goalkeeper James Beadle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. James Beadle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 24th minute of play. In the 28th match minute, GD Almargense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerónimo Esteves to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of James Beadle. GD Almargense's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by GD Almargense's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of GD Almargense's goalie and right to Takacs Tibor. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. GD Almargense's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without James Beadle having to interfere. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. James Beadle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Jerónimo Esteves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but James Beadle made a huge save. 57 minutes into the match, GD Almargense's goalkeeper James Beadle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. In the 67th minute Ricardo Pepi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, GD Almargense's James Beadle got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gualter Flores hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind GD Almargense's goalkeeper James Beadle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 77 minutes into the game, Ricardo Cabral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GD Almargense's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. Ricardo Cabral kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Balazs Lajos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Major Barna scored 0-3 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of James Beadle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Major Barna took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for James Beadle to make any attempt to save it. The GD Almargense fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
