Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute, Ivo Neto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Luís Eduardo Mesquita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexander Higgins. Scotland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luís Eduardo Mesquita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Kian MacGregor hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Rolândia Esporte Clube's Luís Eduardo Mesquita shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 13th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Alexander Higgins but with some difficulty. 15 minutes into the match, Rolândia Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Zac O'Donnell came free, but Teodoro de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexander Higgins was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Luís Eduardo Mesquita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luís Eduardo Mesquita really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 21 minutes into the game, Luís Eduardo Mesquita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alexander Higgins. Luís Eduardo Mesquita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. After a rather tough play, Rolândia Esporte Clube's Marcel Leal got a free kick in the 26th minute. If Fletcher Main had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Luís Eduardo Mesquita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Higgins was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 35 minutes into the match, Scotland's goalkeeper Alexander Higgins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivo Neto. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Luís Eduardo Mesquita took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Alexander Higgins to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fletcher Main in the 41st minute of play forced Rolândia Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Teodoro de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastião Nascimento hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd match minute, Rolândia Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute, Luís Eduardo Mesquita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Higgins was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Alexander Higgins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Toninho Oliveira went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Scotland's Alexander Higgins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulinho Oliveira in the 64th minute of play. Ivo Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Higgins having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ashton Nelson during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 66th minute, Ashton Nelson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Eduardo Mesquita in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Higgins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teodoro de Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zac O'Donnell, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Alexander Higgins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Eduardo Mesquita went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Scotland's Alexander Higgins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Neto in the 80th minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Toninho Oliveira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Alexander Higgins was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kian MacGregor charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kian MacGregor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kian MacGregor hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute Ivo Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Higgins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
