The audience thought a goal was coming when Mathias-Alexander Van Deuren got free with Cyryl Trzaskoma in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jim Godet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rens De Prins took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cyryl Trzaskoma. Cyryl Trzaskoma dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Gurek SSA's Cyryl Trzaskoma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Gurek SSA from getting a goal against them. Mesudiye fc were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Gurek SSA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Niki Van Hoyveldt took the corner. The corner led Mesudiye fc's Niki Van Hoyveldt to fire away a dangerous shot which Cyryl Trzaskoma despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 15th minute, Niki Van Hoyveldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, Mesudiye fc's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Frankowski came free, but Fabien Heijligem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cyryl Trzaskoma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jim Godet in the 24th minute. Mathias-Alexander Van Deuren in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cyryl Trzaskoma, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fabien Heijligem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kryspin Ciechocki, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The supporters of Gurek SSA booed when Mesudiye fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartjan Goemyne didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabien Heijligem came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Gurek SSA's Lucjan Tamulewicz. But to his dismay, Lucjan Tamulewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a rather tough play, Gurek SSA's Feliks Merski got a free kick in the 45th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Ludwig Decock managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mesudiye fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Ludwig Decock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cyryl Trzaskoma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute, Mesudiye fc's Mathias-Alexander Van Deuren dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mathias-Alexander Van Deuren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fabien Heijligem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Szczepan Gaszynski's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Ludwig Decock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Cyryl Trzaskoma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cyryl Trzaskoma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathias-Alexander Van Deuren in the 63rd minute of the match. Gurek SSA's Cyryl Trzaskoma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludwig Decock in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Feliks Badanowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gurek SSA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mesudiye fc the free kick. In the 69th match minute, Gurek SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliks Badanowski to maneuver through the defense. Rens De Prins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 76 minutes, Kryspin Ciechocki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gurek SSA and the Mesudiye fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 76th minute, Kryspin Ciechocki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Mathias-Alexander Van Deuren sped through Gurek SSA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cyryl Trzaskoma. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Kryspin Ciechocki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gurek SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Kryspin Ciechocki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabien Heijligem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cyryl Trzaskoma came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Mesudiye fc's Mathias-Alexander Van Deuren. But to his dismay, Mathias-Alexander Van Deuren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Fabien Heijligem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Tamulewicz in the 90th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mesudiye fc fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 92 minutes, Gurek SSA's Leonard Zywiec got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fabien Heijligem. After 99 played minutes Gurek SSA got a freekick which was hit by Teofil Rozanski.
