Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 3 minutes into the match, Disco Inferno FC's goalkeeper Dale Gracey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Lain. In the 6th minute, Tomas Lain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Harsh Gods fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Dale Gracey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Lain in the 10th minute of the match. Tomas Lain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disco Inferno FC's Dale Gracey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Disco Inferno FC from getting a goal against them. Harsh Gods were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Disco Inferno FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roberto Carlos took the corner. The corner ended in Roberto Carlos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Disco Inferno FC's Dale Gracey did a great save. Tomas Lain blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dale Gracey having to make a save. Tomas Lain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Dale Gracey made a huge save. If Jogaila Makauskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Abelardo Hustaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gersi Snabe was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 23rd minute Tomas Lain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dale Gracey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ike Pears sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Lain in the 31st minute of play forced Disco Inferno FC's goalkeeper Dale Gracey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dale Gracey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Lain in the 33rd minute of play. A collision led to Harsh Gods getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jokūbas Miškūnas hit a great ball. 39 minutes into the match, Disco Inferno FC's goalkeeper Dale Gracey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Lain. Harsh Gods's Gersi Snabe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Hustaz in the 41st minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abelardo Hustaz was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Abelardo Hustaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gersi Snabe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Mcmurchie hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Lain in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dale Gracey saved Disco Inferno FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Harsh Gods's Ali Numan Afak got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 58th minute, Ali Numan Afak fired away an extremely well hit free kick, but unfortunately the ball went just outside to the right hand side of Dale Gracey. Dale Gracey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Lain's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by Disco Inferno FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roberto Carlos was slow to take the kick. During this time Harsh Gods's players had a chance to rest. When Ike Pears came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Disco Inferno FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ike Pears couldn't finish the play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Disco Inferno FC's goalkeeper Dale Gracey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Disco Inferno FC made a substitution. Greger Lundkvist replaced Abelardo Hustaz. Gersi Snabe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Greger Lundkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute Aaron Mcmurchie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gersi Snabe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harsh Gods's Gersi Snabe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greger Lundkvist in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th match minute, Disco Inferno FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daley Virgin to maneuver through the defense. Harsh Gods's Tomas Lain got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dale Gracey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Lain in the 95th minute of the match. Harsh Gods's Tomas Lain got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
