But to his dismay, Jorrin Briones quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Rapsodas Red Devils FC booed when Mata Tangas de Victoria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Uzuri didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Jorrin Briones left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rapsodas Red Devils FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorrin Briones in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Ostargi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pedro Ostargi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorrin Briones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Mata Tangas de Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Eskil Julin came free, but Pedro Ostargi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Ostargi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorrin Briones, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 30th minute Jorrin Briones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Ostargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 32 minutes, Jorrin Briones managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorrin Briones was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Ostargi came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jorrin Briones. But to his dismay, Jorrin Briones quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 37th minute, Jorrin Briones made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Ostargi. Mata Tangas de Victoria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. In the 48th minute, Jorrin Briones ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Ostargi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorrin Briones stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mata Tangas de Victoria! The goalkeeper, Pedro Ostargi, was totally fooled by Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jorrin Briones, who 56 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Damián Alcazar was substituted for Eskil Julin. With a little luck, Mata Tangas de Victoria's Pedro Ostargi got control of the ball when Jerrold Taranco tried to sneak it across the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Mata Tangas de Victoria's goalkeeper Pedro Ostargi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jerrold Taranco. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Salah in the 69th minute of play forced Mata Tangas de Victoria's goalkeeper Pedro Ostargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71stth minute of the game Cristiano Salah who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mata Tangas de Victoria's Pedro Ostargi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Cristiano Salah dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Ostargi, 0-10. 79 minutes into the match, Mata Tangas de Victoria's goalkeeper Pedro Ostargi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jerrold Taranco. Pedro Ostargi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerrold Taranco in the 80th minute. Mata Tangas de Victoria's Pedro Ostargi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Mata Tangas de Victoria from getting a goal against them. 84 minutes into the match, Mata Tangas de Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Salah came free, but Pedro Ostargi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Ostargi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Salah in the 88th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Jerrold Taranco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerrold Taranco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Ostargi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th minute, Cristiano Salah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Ostargi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. In the 99th minute, Damián Alcazar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Ostargi. The goal made the score 0-12. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
