Bianco Cherubini took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maurino Serena. Maurino Serena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Sebastián Torrico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erlantz Bermejo, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Belo Alvarez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Sebastián Torrico skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bianco Cherubini in the 41st minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Nereo Acosta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Bianco Cherubini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The A.D. Alcorcón players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.F.Fuenlabrada were winning 0-3.

Maurino Serena made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Edward Västerberg sent off a good shot on target. 75 minutes into the game, Arcadio Ramiréz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.D. Alcorcón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.F.Fuenlabrada the free kick. Arcadio Ramiréz kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. A.D. Alcorcón's Leroy Antunez was substituted for Belo Alvarez. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Västerberg got free with Maurino Serena in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Freddie Ljungberg made a great header on C.F.Fuenlabrada's corner, it was just that A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena managed to reach the ball for a save.
