Alcorcón's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Peter Achenbach took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Czeslaw Jerzyk heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Czeslaw Jerzyk in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurino Serena saved A.D. Alcorcón from getting behind. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnaldo Alsua in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurino Serena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Czeslaw Jerzyk hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match.
