An unexpectedly hard shot by Tanek Daszkowski in the 6th minute of play forced Mata Tangas de Victoria's goalkeeper Pedro Ostargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raymond Schouten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Pedro Ostargi made a huge save. Ted Jansen was slow to take the kick. During this time NFC Eagles 22's players had a chance to rest. NFC Eagles 22's Ciccio Tacconi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tristan Gautsson in the 15th minute of play. Ciccio Tacconi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenny Van Cruchten in the 17th minute of play. Mata Tangas de Victoria's Pedro Ostargi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Houwing in the 30th minute of play. Tanek Daszkowski took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Ostargi. Pedro Ostargi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Mata Tangas de Victoria's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Raymond Schouten scored to the left of an out of position Pedro Ostargi, making the score, 2-1. 40 minutes into the match, Mata Tangas de Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Tanek Daszkowski came free, but Pedro Ostargi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Mata Tangas de Victoria's goalkeeper Pedro Ostargi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tanek Daszkowski. Pedro Ostargi made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Tanek Daszkowski sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tanek Daszkowski made the kick off in the second half. Pedro Ostargi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tanek Daszkowski in the 53rd minute of the match. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mata Tangas de Victoria's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. In the 59thth minute of the game Tanek Daszkowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mata Tangas de Victoria's Pedro Ostargi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Răzvan Popoacă made in the 61st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Kenny Van Cruchten immediately put the ball in play. If Raymond Schouten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Mata Tangas de Victoria defense, Tanek Daszkowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Ostargi. The Mata Tangas de Victoria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Ostargi should have stopped the shot. 71 minutes into the match, Raymond Schouten had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Ostargi. Mata Tangas de Victoria's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raymond Schouten was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 75th minute Raymond Schouten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Ostargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Jax hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. NFC Eagles 22's Jeroen Heerckes was substituted for Emil Houwing. In the 80th match minute, Mata Tangas de Victoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Jax to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Ostargi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tanek Daszkowski in the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Tanek Daszkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Ostargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Tanek Daszkowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Ostargi was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Raymond Schouten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Ostargi having to interfere. Jaap Zuidam hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match.
