Wim Wilmes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven Hake having to make a save. 3 minutes into the match, LosPibardos F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Sven Hake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard and well directed shot from Wim Wilmes led 3 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. LosPibardos F.C's Sven Hake became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-1. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Sven Hake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Eikelkamp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven Hake having to make a save. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Lonnie Crow tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th match minute, LosPibardos F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Galeno Chico to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, LosPibardos F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Sven Hake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Lonnie Crow tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by LosPibardos F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. LosPibardos F.C's Sven Hake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Meesters in the 29th minute of play. Sven Hake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Meesters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven Hake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LosPibardos F.C's Sven Hake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Eikelkamp in the 42nd minute of play. After 42 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by David Eikelkamp. 43 minutes into the game, Galeno Chico recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnout Reekers. Galeno Chico showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 47th minute of play forced LosPibardos F.C's goalkeeper Sven Hake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Sven Hake in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven Hake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven Hake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 played minutes LosPibardos F.C got a freekick which was hit by Inge Vazquez. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Sven Hake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Galeno Chico in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Reekers saved Netherlands from getting behind. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to LosPibardos F.C getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Ceandro Delgado hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, LosPibardos F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Sven Hake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Netherlands booed when LosPibardos F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceandro Delgado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wim Wilmes shot from long distance after 81 played minutes, a shot that Sven Hake with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 82nd minute. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Sven Hake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 86th minute of play forced LosPibardos F.C's goalkeeper Sven Hake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 2-2 became the score in the 87th minute when Galeno Chico elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sven Hake. Sven Hake yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. 96 minutes into the match, LosPibardos F.C's goalkeeper Sven Hake had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. The LosPibardos F.C supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Netherlands's performance. The match ended with a win for Netherlands.
