Atarratze Solis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Micah Macdonald in the 6th minute of play. Llorienzo Lecanda kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Kyle Cox made a precise shot to the right of Atarratze Solis. Petroleros de Cabimas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 19 minutes, Xavier Gallagher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the England and the Petroleros de Cabimas players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xavier Gallagher kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 22 minutes, Kyle Cox made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Petroleros de Cabimas's Atarratze Solis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Micah Macdonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Cox in the 33rd minute of play forced Petroleros de Cabimas's goalkeeper Atarratze Solis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kyle Cox fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atarratze Solis having to interfere. Kyle Cox recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernan Serdio kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Papo Fortea came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Khalid Kennedy could save by the left post. In the 46th minute, Xavier Gallagher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kyle Cox to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Llorienzo Lecanda in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Khalid Kennedy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 54 minutes into the game, Caelan Hayes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. England's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Petroleros de Cabimas the free kick. The supporters of Petroleros de Cabimas booed when England was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caelan Hayes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Llorienzo Lecanda in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Atarratze Solis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Kyle Cox's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atarratze Solis was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Corderun Perucho took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Khalid Kennedy. Khalid Kennedy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. A collision led to Petroleros de Cabimas getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Gonsalve Aubets hit a great ball. Khalid Kennedy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corderun Perucho, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Kyle Cox managed to get in a good position for a shot. England's supporters rose to their feet, but Kyle Cox was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atarratze Solis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Issac Dawson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atarratze Solis having to interfere. With a little luck, Petroleros de Cabimas's Atarratze Solis got control of the ball when Micah Macdonald tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kyle Cox scored 1-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Atarratze Solis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
