Albin Holweck hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Germany's Willy Stieler got a free kick in the 8th minute. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Manuel Marchidan sent off a good shot on target. When Frank Sachs fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Frank Sachs a yellow card for diving instead. Racing Club【LBF】's Atilano Eufemio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 16th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tommy Kahn but with some difficulty. Cláudio Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Sven Krakouer hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Atilano Eufemio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Atilano Eufemio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cláudio Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Alfredo Rossi sent off a good shot on target. 30 minutes into the match, Manuel Marchidan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Marchidan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 33 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Rossi. After 35 minutes, Jeffrey Taverniers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Racing Club【LBF】 and the Germany players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes Racing Club【LBF】 got a freekick which was hit by Jeffrey Taverniers. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Rossi in the 40th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Alfredo Rossi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn, 3-0. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball.

Sven Krakouer kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfredo Rossi went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Cláudio Taffarel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredo Rossi in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Racing Club【LBF】 made a substitution. Severino Jatsu replaced Tito Gilabert. In the 71st minute, Sérgio Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Racing Club【LBF】 getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Samuel Frisco hit a great ball. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cláudio Taffarel having to make a save. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Rossi in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Marchidan in the 83rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Severino Jatsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Racing Club【LBF】 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The audience was convinced that Alfredo Rossi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 90th minute, Sérgio Ramos fired away a hard free kick towards the goal. Tommy Kahn moved to his left, but didn't have to make a save as the ball went out of bounds.
