Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) DON RAMON 72's Teofilo Sansone started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Teofilo Sansone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Croatia booed when DON RAMON 72 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clemente Inocente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dinko Stankovic in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tiburcio Sidro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 14 minutes, Andres Umbruso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DON RAMON 72's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andres Umbruso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute, Andres Umbruso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ilija Skugor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 19th minute Clemente Inocente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilija Skugor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafin Alonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Bastia in the 25th minute of play. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Alonso in the 28th minute of play. Damir Pongrac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eduard Kostelac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Sidro having to interfere. Tiburcio Sidro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damir Pongrac in the 33rd minute of the match. Ilija Skugor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teofilo Sansone's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Toni Mauzer charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toni Mauzer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd match minute, Croatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toni Mauzer to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Modesto Gerazan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Joel Roland fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DON RAMON 72's protests and gave Joel Roland a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes DON RAMON 72 got a freekick which was hit by Joel Roland. When Toni Mauzer came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Croatia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Toni Mauzer couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Modesto Gerazan kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Toni Mauzer sped through DON RAMON 72's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tiburcio Sidro. Damir Pongrac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Sidro having to interfere. With a little luck, Croatia's Ilija Skugor got control of the ball when Serafin Alonso tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 67th play minutes Clemente Inocente shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Ilija Skugor and just under the crossbar into goal. 70 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Silvestre Cordarius came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. DON RAMON 72's Silvestre Cordarius managed to work through Croatia's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Silvestre Cordarius dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Clemente Inocente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Ilija Skugor made a huge save. In the 76th minute, Martin Bosak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Croatia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 79th minute, DON RAMON 72's Andres Umbruso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. In the 92nd minute Toni Mauzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Sidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvestre Cordarius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Ilija Skugor made a huge save.
