In the 11th minute Humberto Alcaraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Nikola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrick Kilström hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 1-0 became the score in the 17th minute when Humberto Alcaraz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, Firma Barnängen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Humberto Alcaraz to maneuver through the defense. When Celestino Urbasa fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The Firma Barnängen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rune Söder should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Punk Fiction booed when Firma Barnängen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Senin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Punk Fiction's Ovidio Tristan got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, Punk Fiction's goal looked a bit too open when Agne Hellkvist came free, but Clemente Nikola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the players looked a little tired when it was time for the first half of the overtime. It was Punk Fiction's Ovidio Tristan that got to make the kick off. In the 102nd minute, Edgar Björkman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Firma Barnängen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Firma Barnängen had played much better football throughout.
