In the 11thth minute of the game Bill Leicht who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kosynierzy FC's Candido Virila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 12 minutes, Janusz Duda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kosynierzy FC and the Möhnsen FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th match minute, Kosynierzy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janusz Duda to maneuver through the defense. Joseph Reichardt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolek Dylla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 15 minutes, Harri Kane managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kosynierzy FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harri Kane was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 18 played minutes Kosynierzy FC got a freekick which was hit by Tolek Dylla. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harri Kane got free with Joseph Reichardt in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Tolek Dylla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Tolek Dylla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joseph Reichardt was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Harri Kane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Harri Kane hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tolek Dylla in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joseph Reichardt saved Möhnsen FC from getting behind. Tolek Dylla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Joseph Reichardt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the game, Kosynierzy FC's Tolek Dylla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joseph Reichardt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tolek Dylla was the one to do the kick off. Valeri Hadzhisotirov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of Möhnsen FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kosynierzy FC:s goal. Joseph Reichardt had in the 57thth minute some difficulties stopping Harri Kane's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Tolek Dylla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joseph Reichardt having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Valeri Hadzhisotirov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kosynierzy FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Kosynierzy FC's Harri Kane got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Harri Kane's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joseph Reichardt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Kosynierzy FC's Tolek Dylla got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Valeri Hadzhisotirov had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Joseph Reichardt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Tolek Dylla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wawrzyniec Charlap hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match.

Kosynierzy FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
