Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Orçun Yalınalp kicked off to start the match. A sloppy throw-in by Hector Grabiel in the 6th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Germany's Linus Schwerner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orçun Yalınalp in the 8th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, Malte Schiele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iulian Pietreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Iulian Pietreanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gong Jun Feng narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Iulian Pietreanu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iulian Pietreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After a rather tough play, Germany's Sven Krakouer got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Orçun Yalınalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Orçun Yalınalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Marciano Cambranes managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's supporters rose to their feet, but Marciano Cambranes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's zone, Albin Holweck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gong Jun Feng came out of the goal and Albin Holweck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orçun Yalınalp in the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iulian Pietreanu in the 32nd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Iulian Pietreanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iulian Pietreanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Wilson Arósio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Malte Schiele hit a great ball. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iulian Pietreanu in the 52nd minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Orçun Yalınalp came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's zone, Albin Holweck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gong Jun Feng came out of the goal and Albin Holweck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 64th minute, Hector Grabiel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalkeeper Gong Jun Feng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albin Holweck. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Gong Jun Feng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Orçun Yalınalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 84 minutes in the game Marciano Cambranes did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Wilson Arósio. Gong Jun Feng made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. Albin Holweck's late challenge caught a FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albin Holweck helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. Gong Jun Feng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Germany booed when FC UNIREA Alba Iulia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Grabiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
