Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sreten Popovic got the match started through his kick off. Zivko Cvetkovic hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Lucio Bernabe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 13 played minutes Serbia got a freekick which was hit by Sreten Popovic. Serbia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Javier Cañarte scored to the left of an out of position Zvezdan Nedeljkovic, making the score, 1-0. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gomez Grandoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 23 played minutes Serbia got a freekick which was hit by Zivko Cvetkovic. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was a little too slow when Lucio Bernabe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 2-0. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lucio Bernabe showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 28 minute of play. Lucio Bernabe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic got control of the ball when Lucio Bernabe tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Zivko Cvetkovic was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 41 minutes had been played. The supporters of Azulgranas booed when Serbia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zivko Cvetkovic didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucio Bernabe made a kick off. If Lucio Bernabe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54thth minute of the game Lucio Bernabe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Lucio Bernabe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Serbia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucio Bernabe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 66 minutes into the match, Lucio Bernabe notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 69 minutes in the game Sreten Popovic did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Drasko Rajkovic. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Lucio Bernabe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azulgranas's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucio Bernabe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th minute, Vladeta Jovic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucio Bernabe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zvezdan Nedeljkovic having to make a save. When Javier Cañarte came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Azulgranas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Javier Cañarte couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the match, Serbia's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Bernabe came free, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Bernabe in the 84th minute of play forced Serbia's goalkeeper Zvezdan Nedeljkovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucio Bernabe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zvezdan Nedeljkovic having to make a save. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Bernabe, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Bernabe in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that Azulgranas were the better team. Azulgranas's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
