Osman Čiček fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxime Durand having to interfere. In the 15thth minute of the game Amarante Sierra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th minute Filip Kubala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osman Čiček scored 3-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maxime Durand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Amarante Sierra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxence Durand to maneuver through the defense. 4-0 became the score in the 33rd minute when Osman Čiček elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Osman Čiček put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Maxime Durand. Thanks to some nice moves Filip Kubala could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which Maxime Durand however easily saved by the left post. 45 minutes into the game, Hispania's Osman Čiček nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maxime Durand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Peletier to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51st play minutes Osman Čiček shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Maxime Durand and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Osman Čiček sped through France's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maxime Durand. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Pedriza, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The supporters of Hispania booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Peletier didn't get a good kick on the ball.
