Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cirilo Ritchie ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 4th minute Cirilo Ritchie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Canyelles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Red Hawk Football Club's Pascual Macia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arif Ozan Oğuztan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Arrecifes's goal looked a bit too open when Jaume Vilardell came free, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18thth minute of the game Jaume Vilardell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arrecifes's Arif Ozan Oğuztan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 24th minute Jaume Vilardell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirilo Ritchie in the 28th minute of play forced Red Hawk Football Club's goalkeeper Albert Canyelles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Waldemar Korytkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albert Canyelles came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Arrecifes's Cirilo Ritchie. But to his dismay, Cirilo Ritchie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Arrecifes's Cirilo Ritchie slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Albert Canyelles. That made the score 2-1 after 44 minutes of play. 47 minutes in the game, Cirilo Ritchie fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Albert Canyelles having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pascual Macia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Albert Canyelles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Ritchie in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute Cirilo Ritchie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Canyelles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Red Hawk Football Club defense, Modesto Gipuzkoa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albert Canyelles. The Red Hawk Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albert Canyelles should have stopped the shot. Arrecifes made a substitution. Rodolfo Chumo replaced Natanael Matorin. Arrecifes's Hipolito Laurendi was substituted for Waldemar Korytkowski. Red Hawk Football Club's Ferran Planes was substituted for Jaume Vilardell. Red Hawk Football Club made a substitution. Fernando Simon replaced Gerard Dalmau. Red Hawk Football Club's Aleix Rosanes was substituted for Carles Miramont. 75 minutes into the match, Red Hawk Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Senon came free, but Albert Canyelles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albert Canyelles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Senon, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Arrecifes's Felipe Senon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albert Canyelles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Felipe Senon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albert Canyelles was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Albert Canyelles didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Senon went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Arrecifes had won after a very even match.
