Kıvanç Bengi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Kıvanç Bengi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 34th minute of play. Kıvanç Bengi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by André Hoffmann in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Litoral EC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Kıvanç Bengi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joseph Joestar to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 56th minute of play forced Litoral EC - CIMZ's goalkeeper Kıvanç Bengi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77thth minute of the game Steven Bergwijn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Kıvanç Bengi got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer scored 2-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kıvanç Bengi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wim Wilmes during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wim Wilmes kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot from long distance in the 94th minute, but Kıvanç Bengi was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Netherlands's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
