Gabirel Garantos made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabirel Garantos in the 3rd minute of play forced Serbia's goalkeeper Zvezdan Nedeljkovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Serbia from getting a goal against them. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Silverio Barrionuevo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. In the 8th minute, Raúl Noriega ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 11th minute, Volvio Moreno's Silverio Barrionuevo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 13 minutes into the match, Gabirel Garantos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Serbia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gabirel Garantos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Serbia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Haroldo Presebal scored to the left of an out of position Zvezdan Nedeljkovic, making the score, 5-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raúl Noriega got free with Zvezdan Nedeljkovic in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes into the game, Silverio Barrionuevo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Silverio Barrionuevo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 8-0. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raúl Noriega in the 35th minute. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zacarias Cambranes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 10-0 in the 40 minute of play. In the 43rd minute Zacarias Cambranes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sreten Popovic was the one to do the kick off. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Barrionuevo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raúl Noriega in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute Zacarias Cambranes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raúl Noriega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the match, Serbia's goal looked a bit too open when Gabirel Garantos came free, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Silverio Barrionuevo made a precise shot to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Serbia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. In the 64thth minute of the game Raúl Noriega who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Barrionuevo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute, Raúl Noriega made a precise shot to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Serbia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Volvio Moreno's Gabirel Garantos. But to his dismay, Gabirel Garantos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 15-0. After some careless play in the Serbia defense, Gabirel Garantos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. The Serbia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zvezdan Nedeljkovic should have stopped the shot. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silverio Barrionuevo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 83rd minute of the game was made by František Balek with Maximiliano Alonso as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Gabirel Garantos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Volvio Moreno's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabirel Garantos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raúl Noriega in the 86th minute of play forced Serbia's goalkeeper Zvezdan Nedeljkovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Raúl Noriega managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 93 played minutes Serbia got a freekick which was hit by Cvijetin Nanusevski. Maximiliano Alonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Volvio Moreno fully deserved thier win.
