The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Bitxintxo got free with Fodor Daniel in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Tibor Berkes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 29th minute of play forced FC. BRAILA-CHERCEA's goalkeeper Tibor Berkes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodor Zegreanu in the 31st minute of play. Tibor Berkes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Balazs Lajos went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. 37 minutes into the game, Takacs Tibor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hungary's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC. BRAILA-CHERCEA the free kick. In the 37th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Takacs Tibor to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorge Bitxintxo in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of FC. BRAILA-CHERCEA booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vörös Henrik didn't get a good kick on the ball. When FC. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. After 87 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 2-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tibor Berkes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Tibor Berkes made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Katona Janos got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Emilian Tarcea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antal Valentin's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Tibor Berkes on his right side and into the goal. 95 minutes into the game it was 2-7. The Hungary supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hungary would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
