Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frank Sachs kicked off to start the match. Hjalmar Bergström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 5th minute, Karl Ström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Richard Edström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Richard Edström got free with Tommy Kahn in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Edström in the 12th minute of the match. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Edström in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Germany's Sven Krakouer got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Germany's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Casper Biörk fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Pihlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manchester City's Orvar Kullgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 27th minute of play. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A well-hit corner resulted in Richard Edström heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Tommy Kahn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Richard Edström showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 43 minute of play. Robert Pihlberg took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Richard Edström made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Frank Sachs cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Orvar Kullgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orvar Kullgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 60th minute of play. After 67 minutes, Richard Edström made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richard Edström in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Pihlberg came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute of the match Manchester City got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Malte Göransson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Manchester City's Malte Göransson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tommy Kahn in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Robert Pihlberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Richard Edström took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Robert Pihlberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Manchester City's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
