The crowd rose to their feet as FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Cristi Ciprian slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marioara Matei. That made the score 0-3 after 56 minutes of play. 62 minutes into the game, Costin Pupăzan threw the ball into play from the sideline. U21 Romania's Marioara Matei quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Marioara Matei was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Viorel Iacobescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 68 minute of play. U21 Romania's attentive Cornel Neghină managed to snatch the ball when Costin Pupăzan made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. If Robert Tudor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Ionică Bădilescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Tudor in the 95th minute of play. Dan Braru's late challenge caught a FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dan Braru helped the player get up and apologised.
