Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kirk Godfrey made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the game, Marco Van Der Taelen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Matt Doughty was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 8 minutes into the match, NIKE Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Kirk Godfrey came free, but Ola Wall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Mühren in the 13th minute of play forced Bangladesh's goalkeeper Matt Doughty to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of NIKE Academy booed when Bangladesh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierre Bilton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matt Doughty made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Van Der Taelen in the 17th minute of play. Oskar Lägdin kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 25th minute Marco Van Der Taelen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matt Doughty saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Bangladesh's goal looked a bit too open when Oskar Lägdin came free, but Matt Doughty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matt Doughty showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Lägdin in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute NIKE Academy were awarded a corner. Oskar Lägdin went to the cornerflag to take it. After a defensive mix-up in Bangladesh's zone, Robert Mühren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matt Doughty came out of the goal and Robert Mühren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of NIKE Academy booed when Bangladesh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tosh Roebuck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Ola Wall successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Matt Doughty stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Van Der Taelen's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. When Marco Van Der Taelen came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the NIKE Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Van Der Taelen couldn't finish the play. In the 47th match minute, NIKE Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oskar Lägdin to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marco Van Der Taelen made a kick off. Matt Doughty showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Van Der Taelen in the 54th minute of the match. Matt Doughty showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Van Der Taelen, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bangladesh's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Oskar Lägdin was slow to take the kick. During this time NIKE Academy's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Oskar Lägdin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bangladesh's Matt Doughty did a great save. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Matt Doughty successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 61st minute, Bangladesh's Mickey Beckwith seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mickey Beckwith the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Bangladesh protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mickey Beckwith had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 60th minute, one of Bangladesh:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bangladesh. Matt Doughty had in the 62ndth minute some difficulties stopping Oskar Lägdin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Oskar Lägdin took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matt Doughty. Matt Doughty dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Bangladesh's Matt Doughty played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Van Der Taelen in the 64th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oskar Lägdin got free with Matt Doughty in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Van Der Taelen in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matt Doughty saved Bangladesh from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Antonio-Ubaldo Conte managed to get in a good position for a shot. NIKE Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonio-Ubaldo Conte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matt Doughty breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robert Mühren kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, NIKE Academy's Marco Van Der Taelen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matt Doughty narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Matt Doughty made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Mühren in the 82nd minute. Matt Doughty made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Oskar Lägdin sent off a good shot on target. 91 minutes into the match, Bangladesh's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Mühren came free, but Matt Doughty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Van Der Taelen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Matt Doughty tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Bangladesh getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Pierre Bilton hit a great ball. NIKE Academy's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
