Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ceferino Gonza got the match started through his kick off. The tension between the Boca Juniors and the Austria players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, Eustacio Loco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 played minutes Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Conrao. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Orain in the 14th minute of play forced Austria's goalkeeper Fabio Auer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ceferino Gonza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Fabio Auer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ceferino Gonza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Fabio Auer made a huge save. In the 27th minute Antonio Senon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Auer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Everardo Gilen got a free kick in the 29th minute. Romulo Rameriz came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Austria's Fabio Schneider. But to his dismay, Fabio Schneider quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Austria booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Herensuge didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35 minutes, Fabio Schneider mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Austria and the Boca Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th match minute, Austria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Schneider to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ceferino Gonza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Auer was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Auer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 96 minutes, Everardo Gilen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boca Juniors and the Austria players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Austria booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Gilen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boca Juniors were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Austria to leave the ground with a draw.
