Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luis Alberto Cubilla made the kick off which started today's match. If Micah Macdonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Khalid Kennedy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costel Pădure in the 9th minute of play. Piriapolis FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luis Alberto Cubilla in the 10th minute. In the 13th minute Xavier Gallagher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernandez Vielva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Khalid Kennedy was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luis Alberto Cubilla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. Fernandez Vielva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kyle Cox's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Cox in the 22nd minute of play forced Piriapolis FC's goalkeeper Fernandez Vielva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Khalid Kennedy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costel Pădure in the 29th minute of play. Rochus Steenblock hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 37th match minute, England was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quinn Holmes to maneuver through the defense. After 47 played minutes England got a freekick which was hit by Leighton Davies. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Fernandez Vielva came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by England's Kyle Cox. But to his dismay, Kyle Cox quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. England were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Piriapolis FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Micah Macdonald took the corner. Micah Macdonald made a great header on England's corner, it was just that Piriapolis FC's Fernandez Vielva managed to reach the ball for a save. Hugo De Leon was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 64 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, one of Piriapolis FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Piriapolis FC. Issac Dawson kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. If Kyle Cox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 71 minutes into the match, Luis Alberto Cubilla notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of England's Khalid Kennedy. Khalid Kennedy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 74 minutes into the game, one of Piriapolis FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 80 minutes into the match, Piriapolis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Cox came free, but Fernandez Vielva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kyle Cox sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernandez Vielva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Cox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Próspero Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 88 minutes of play, England's Kyle Cox made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernandez Vielva was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eddie Willis during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Eddie Willis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, Costel Pădure had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Khalid Kennedy. England's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Costel Pădure was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Fernandez Vielva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Cox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Piriapolis FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of England for a fine match.
