The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mats Jakobsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torsten Svensson went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 6th match minute, Juoksengi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erland Giöck to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute, BK Tåfjutt's Walter Sundström ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mats Jakobsson. Mats Jakobsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Juoksengi's goalkeeper Mats Jakobsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Torsten Svensson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Mats Jakobsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 12 minutes into the match, Mattias Grep had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mats Jakobsson. Juoksengi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mattias Grep was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When BK Tåfjutt's Torsten Svensson in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Juoksengi's goalie prevented a goal. In the 16th minute BK Tåfjutt were awarded a corner. Roger Salkvist went to the cornerflag to take it. BK Tåfjutt's Mattias Grep was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mats Jakobsson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, BK Tåfjutt's Torsten Svensson got a free kick in the 19th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kjell Persson during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Kjell Persson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mats Jakobsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsten Svensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After a defensive mix-up in BK Tåfjutt's zone, Kjell Persson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kurt Pilblad came out of the goal and Kjell Persson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Juoksengi's Bengt-Rune Glanselius got a free kick in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Juoksengi's goalkeeper Mats Jakobsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roger Salkvist. Bengt-Rune Glanselius's late challenge caught a BK Tåfjutt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bengt-Rune Glanselius helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Juoksengi getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Bengt-Rune Glanselius hit a great ball. Torsten Svensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kjell Persson to strike the kick off in the second half. Torsten Svensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Torsten Svensson's late challenge caught a Juoksengi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Torsten Svensson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd minute, Torsten Svensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kurt Pilblad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Persson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th match minute, BK Tåfjutt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sivert Karlsson to maneuver through the defense. Sivert Karlsson charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sivert Karlsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Juoksengi booed when BK Tåfjutt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sivert Karlsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Egon Andberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juoksengi's supporters rose to their feet, but Egon Andberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kurt Pilblad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 88th minute of the match Roger Salkvist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mats Jakobsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Erik Molin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juoksengi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BK Tåfjutt the free kick. In the 89th minute, Erik Molin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mats Jakobsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Sundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The BK Tåfjutt fans cheered their team off the field, for while Juoksengi had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
