Kurt Pilblad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umberto Dionísio in the 3rd minute of play. Kurt Pilblad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umberto Dionísio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 8 minutes of play, Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kurt Pilblad was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 10th match minute, BK Tåfjutt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sivert Karlsson to maneuver through the defense. Kurt Pilblad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magno Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristoffer Wennerlund might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedrinho Guimarães. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kristoffer Wennerlund ran back to his position shaking his head. 23 minutes into the match, Anísio Alagoano notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of BK Tåfjutt's Kurt Pilblad. Kurt Pilblad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27thth minute of the game Torsten Svensson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Castanheiro SC's Pedrinho Guimarães was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kristian Fransson kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Mauro Sarmento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Kurt Pilblad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Roger Salkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in BK Tåfjutt's zone, Anísio Alagoano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kurt Pilblad came out of the goal and Anísio Alagoano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedrinho Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torsten Svensson in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

In the 51st minute Umberto Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Pilblad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedito Mineiro in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kurt Pilblad saved BK Tåfjutt from getting behind. In the 58th match minute, Castanheiro SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilson Veloso to maneuver through the defense. Kurt Pilblad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedito Mineiro in the 71st minute of the match. Castanheiro SC's Benedito Mineiro managed to work through BK Tåfjutt's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Benedito Mineiro dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedito Mineiro in the 75th minute of play forced BK Tåfjutt's goalkeeper Kurt Pilblad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Célio Vianna got a free kick in the 78th minute. Castanheiro SC's Marcelo Eger was substituted for Anísio Alagoano. Célio Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedito Mineiro in the 81st minute of play forced BK Tåfjutt's goalkeeper Kurt Pilblad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 minutes of play, Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
